Ella and Roman had a bohemian wedding; an all inclusive and laid back day full of love and fun. The wedding was based on a celebration that focused on feasting and merriment with creative, stylish touches. This helped to celebrate the couple’s love of adventure, middle eastern travel and the groom’s Russian-Ukrainian heritage.
The ceremony took place in a magical woodland setting with ancient trees and ferns as a backdrop. Complimenting this natural setting, frayed calico bunting lined the pathway to the ceremony. The entrance was marked by a series of shimmering stars floating up a tree trunk. A little whimsical touch was added to this space in the form of a bamboo heart structure adorned with flowers and feathers.
After the ceremony, the guests moved to the ‘cocktail garden’, a beautiful setting for them to kick back and enjoy the summer sunshine. Laid out with rugs, cushions and Moroccan lanterns, it was perfect to encourage relaxation.
The guests enjoyed a custom-cocktail of infused vodka served from coloured glassware listening to heartfelt speeches from the bridal party,
Guests were welcomed to the teepee by a unique interactive installation of stacked crates and curiosities which was a vodka tasting station that doubled as a seating plan.
Within the tents it was all about creating that magical feasting ambience. The teepee structure was accentuated with soft hanging foliage, whilst a showpiece paper pendant was created with a laser cut folk design to sit overhead. The tables were dressed with mismatched vintage crockery, coloured glassware and an eclectic selection of wild florals. A grazing table took pride of place on the dance floor presenting an array of colourful mouth-watering food to tuck into.
The party flowed throughout the evening with various acts playing the teepee stage whilst the woodland space was transformed for the after-party with rugs and cushions, festoon lights and paper bag lanterns – it was the perfect setting to party until dawn.
